1.  Is it correct that for its evaluation of what actually happened on September 11, 2001,  the Court relied mostly or exclusively on an oral presentation by an FBI Agent and a Staff Member of the 9/11 Commission?

- It is correct.

 

2.  Is it correct that the FBI Agent and the Staff Member of the 9/11 Commission did not testify under oath?

- It is correct.

 

3.  Is it correct that the FBI Agent refused to answer many questions?

- It is correct.

 

4.  Is it correct that the FBI Agent was neither a witness to the crime, nor that he interviewed any witness to the crime?

- It is correct.

 

5.  Is it correct that the FBI Agent did not personally interview recipients of phone calls from the presumably hijacked aircraft or that he did not mention in court having interviewed them?

- It is correct.

 

6.  Is it correct that the Court did neither request nor receive authenticated documents proving that Mohamed Atta, Marwan Al Shehhi and Ziad Jarrah, actually boarded flights AA11, UA175 and UA93, namely authenticated passenger lists, copies of boarding cards, security videos and death certificates for these individuals?

7.  Did the court take note of reports that Mohaned Atta, an alleged Islamic fundamentalist, was seen in the United States drinking alcool, taking drugs (cocaine), spending money on prostitutes and living with an ex-stripper?

- No.

 

8.  Did the court take note of Johnelle Bryant’s testimony in national television, according to which Mohamed Atta visited her in the Florida Department of Agriculture in the year 2000 – before his official entry-date into the United States – and expressed his admiration of Osama bin Laden and Al Qaeda, and asked her about the security arrangements in the World Trade Center?

9.  Did the court take note of reports that Mohamed Atta and Marwan Al Shehhi were seen in the Philippines in 1997 drinking alcool and sleeping with prostitutes?

- No.

 

10.  Did the court take note of reports that Mohamed Atta was long before 9/11 under observation of the CIA, including when he lived in Germany?

- No.

 

11.  Did the court take note of the fact that FBI has failed to link Osama bin Laden with the events of 9/11?

- No.

 

12.  Did the court take note of the fact that the FBI is, according to its own website,  still uncertain about the identities of the 9/11 „hijackers“?

- No.
